As market demands keep shifting, the need for transformation also expands and is now globally recognised to be the driving force behind organisational sustainability. Therefore change is crucial in the business world and it is through transformation that this much-needed change can be brought about.

Bantsho is a 100% black owned business and we are here to act as that agent which will stimulate change by walking the path to growth, prosperity and sustainability with our clients. Results are attained through consulting, research and training services offered to both the private and the public sector.

We have been thriving in the unique realignment of how businesses operate as per our client’s needs and request since April 2001 and continue to do so with pride. Our aim is also to bridge the gap between businesses and government as an initiative to successfully see government and large corporative through their commitment to the economic equity mandate.
