In May 2005, Mr. Chipendo returned to MBCA Advisory Services / Corporate Finance Division as Assistant Manager (Analyst) – with primary responsibilities on business valuations and financial modelling. The job involved deal sourcing, structuring, negotiation, business valuations & financial analysis and modelling, documentation and project management through to completion.
MBCA Advisory Services, a leading corporate finance team in Zimbabwe, is a division of MBCA Bank Limited. He left MBCA in June 2006 to pursue Consultancy in South Africa where he has been involved in consultancy work for Small to Medium Enterprises. Mr. Chipendo is involved with Vicmat Consultants as an external consultant while pursuing further studies. He is also involved in Training with leading training institutions in South Africa including the Open Learning Group and is a columnist for the SME advisory, Thetha Iponti pages in the Mdantsane Dispatch Newspaper. Mr. Chipendo is responsible for the development of business and marketing plans as well as all facets of SMME development. back
